Phase 3 Connectors was acquired in February 2025 by Sdiptech plc, a Swedish company. There has been no change in staff, location, or supply chain. The greatest compliment in business is when another company recognises the value of what has been achieved and wants to progress and makes an offer for the company.
Phase 3 UK Ltd was bought out of administration in November 2015. The new owners had been involved in the manufacture of the metalwork for this product for many years. They didn’t want to enter the connector industry; they wanted to maintain the turned parts account. We changed the company name to Phase 3 Connectors, to match the website: www.p3connectors.com.
With an estimated turnover of £1.3 million at that time, this has grown to £13.5 million in 2024.
We first started with a new website, along with external accreditation: ISO 9001, VDE Approval, and UL Approval.
Our philosophy is to have an externally accredited range of connectors, available for immediate despatch to our customers. When dealing with an enquiry, we aim to respond within 14 minutes. Many customers and enquirers are pleasantly surprised by how quickly we reply to orders and enquiries.
The chart shows our growth, with the pandemic being the only year we saw a dip in sales.
To date in 2025, we are still above last year’s turnover, with 2024 being inflated due to the Paris Olympics.
